HSCC: Core Terms and Guidelines to achieve holistic understanding –
basics for further research
Equilibrium – a state of balance between different forces
that act on something or someone
Vectors – anything that has size and direction
Momentum – movement in relation to the mass of the object
Social and scientific solutions – attempts that seek to find
solutions to effects by studying its causes so that its effects can be
neutralised/ cancelled out, allowing progress to develop
Reviews – is the art of analysing something giving its
strengths, weaknesses and possibilities
Creative analysis – the ability to analyse something in a
manner that gives rise to a completely new phenomenon/ thing/idea/thought
Remediation – creating remedies in different forms
Scientific Reporting – includes writing out each experiment
according to hypothesis[what you wish to prove of disprove], aim[what you want
to do], objective[what you want to achieve with the aim] apparatus[tools you
will use] method[steps of your experiment] result[the effects of the
experiment] and conclusion[ what you know happened that cause the result]
Material science – using different elements and compounds to
create different types of materials that can be used in constructing anything
more qualitatively [lasting longer] and efficiently[more cost effective and
having multiple usage/ purposes]
Labour Laws – are laws that govern[ directs] the behaviour [rights
and duties] of employers [bosses] and employees [workers]
Global development needs – basically focuses on eradication
of poverty, securing water resources, combating pollution, unemployment, world
education needs and general health of people
Project management – includes all the needs to ensure that a
project is successful – needed people, resources, skills requirements,
planning, finance, logistics[how things must be organised to arrive on
timeously], time frames, progress reports, people dynamics, negotiations [finding the best
deals] to get the task/project done to the specifics of the client.
Investments – money and time set aside to make a profit or
to achieve general and continued success materially, personally of socially
[within society/ community]
Promotional Science – advertising, promotions, forums, discussions,
meetings, conferences, debates, articles, bill boards, social media etc.
Family dynamics – dealing with problems, challenges and
development issues of a family’s growth needs, wants and aspirations
Social Cohesion – methods and programs of how to ensure that
a community stay together in a progressive and qualitative way/ manner
Impact of beliefs – cohesion, support, development, progress
through shared faith and cultural dynamics[practices]
