Alghamdu lillaah, The Below Needed Holistic Curriculum was so impressive, that the then Resource Director, Linda Rose, of the Western Cape Education Department WCED, Arranged that I introduced it to schools through GTZ, a German Agency, to their schools - The GTZ then thereafter secured a contract for me to Transform The Education of Libya (a few years before the uprise) to Learner Centred Eduaction which Gaddafi wanted implemented. That was the second International Consultancy Contract I was fortunate to receive Alghamdu lillaah 

The Holistic Needed Curriculum Matrix for all time as Guided by Qur'an for all people to flesh out while staying focused on everythings relation to Taugheed Unity of Pure Existence from Allah SWT, Through His SWT Mercy and care for His SWT Creations - Alghamdu lillaah

 

After a 4 year training (from 12/13yrs old) to become a Holistic Methodologist in Matric and Beyond Subjects (27 subjects Integrated), through the above curriculum,  the Young adult - by then 16-17 yrs old can specialise in any of the below Jobs to help families, free of charge, through workshops, councilling and training in his/her field of speciality;

Imaamat, Intellectual Advancement, Renovations and Maintenance, Creative Arts, Financial Acumen, Social Skills, Spiritual Awareness, Resource DEvelopers, Heritage Artists, Frial Carers, Child Carers, IHU Reps, Film makers,  Researchers, Actors, Sport and Fitness Trainers, Paramedic Support, Stress Managers, Family Counsellors, Self-subsistance Gardeners, Electrical Supply Support, Water Supply Support ... etc.. and any field of expertise the young adult wants to pursue.. R100 pm automatic donations from subscribers(who get free access to workshops of ICRA-HLL-University [IHU]on the books written by Professor Mogamat Faadiel Arnold on socio-economic, education and environmental Development) pays the senior students to learn and earn in the training as Holistic Methdologists: In Matric and Beyond Subjects to support and advance families: lovingly, intellectually, socially, spiritually, emptionally, financially, creatively

R300 pm payments for advertising on IHU platforms are used to employ youth in the same way as afformentioned 

Youth Reps who encourage monthly contributors of R100 a month receive from IHU R70 from each automatic payment in the IHU account, while R30 goes to the full time and project active youth for the first 30 subscribers who sign on then after that the Youth Rep of IHU receive R30 from each R100 automatic payment subscribers enrolments

Youth Choose based on their natural talents, skills and interests which area of family upliftment they wish to work in. 

Note well: 

Students who leave stop being a rep, and leaves IHU, will still receive their 30% youth payment as long as their contributors automatic payments continue to flow into the youth employment account of IHU... 

Directors of IHU do not receive any moneys from youth empoyment subscribers and advert payments, their salaries are set through the fees received work done for registered day and night time student fees, books and show ticket  sales, Day Workshops attended by non-subscribers workshop fees, and ay all times the directors still contribute a percentage of sales to the IHU yout employment project Alghamdu lillaah. 

NOW AFTER 20yrs 2024 July, all Resources, training and qualified Holistic Methodologist are Ready to serve the communities through family advancement, which we now Launch after Completing 30 yr of research and product development and able to establish our NPO - Domestic Violence Prevention Assurance inwhich our students, who qualify will immdiately get jobs in many fields - In shaa Allah Aameen Alghamdu lillaah - thus when students are accepted at our ICRA-HLL-University they immediately have access to Jobs through our NPO - in shaa Allah Aameen.

Your participation will help this country and the world experience how the two major problems in the modern world, Lack of Quality Education and Youth Unemployment, are solved through ICRA-HLL-University's Holistic Initiatives - in shaa Allah Aameen, when we focus on hard work, Charity and Faith and Trust in Allah SWT Alone  IAA.
